When you fill out the contact form on this site, I collect the information you voluntarily provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), and the message you send. I do not collect any other personal information about you without your knowledge.

I use the information you submit for one purpose: to respond to your inquiry and provide the real estate services you requested. I may follow up by phone, text message, or email regarding your inquiry.

1. Purpose. We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes related to real estate services.
2. Cancel at any time. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at bob@bobdoesrealestate.com.
4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Rates. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
